Spread vs. moneyline betting
Both spreads and moneylines are bets on the final score of the game. The difference is that spreads take margin of victory into account, while moneylines are bets on which team will win only.
In this game, for example, the New York Jets are slight favorites. You can tell this by looking at either the spread or the moneyline. When a team has a negative number there (in this case, -2.5 and -128), the sportsbook considers it the favorite.
