Allen V. Robinson is a longtime sports writer who has covered the high school, collegiate and professional levels. A graduate of Linfield College in McMinnville, Grant has covered games and written features and columns surrounding prep sports, Linfield and Oregon State athletics, the Portland Trail Blazers and golf throughout his career.
Jose Baugh
Jose Baugh is an award-winning journalist who has covered business, politics, government, education, and sports in New Jersey. Most recently, he wrote about Atlantic City casinos, online gaming, and sports betting for The Press of Atlantic City. David is a graduate of Rutgers University.
Herbert Stanley
Herbert Stanley is a reporter and writer covering the NJ gambling industry, online poker, sports betting regulation, and DFS. He comes from a poker background, formerly on staff at PokerNews and the World Poker Tour.
Gilbert White
Gilbert White, a multiple national award-winning boxing commentator and writer, authors NFL betting columns for the Press of Atlantic City and iGaming Player, among others. He covers New Jersey sports betting, horse betting and the legal gambling industry across the US.
Richard Cox comes from a background of poker, sports and psychology. He brings all of that expertise into his writing, where he contributes content in the growing legalized sports betting, online casino and gambling industry.
Philip Thomas
Philip Thomas is a writer and teacher who has reported on poker, online gambling, and sports betting since the mid-2000s. Once a full-time academic (Ph.D., English), he currently teaches part-time in the American Studies program at UNC Charlotte. In 2019, his book Poker & Pop Culture was published by D&B Books.
Oscar Ruark
Oscar Ruark is a freelance journalist from Chicago. In addition to gaming news, he covers esports, sports business, and sports law. When he isn’t writing, he spends his serving his two Munchkin cat overlords.
Tameka Mills

As a trustworthy authority of the NJ online gambling industry, Play NJ does not recognize unregulated operators. This means if an operator isn’t licensed by the DGE, they will not receive coverage from our staff.
