Players love collecting NJ rings. For some it’s a bragging right or shows exclusiveness among the poker community. The August online circuit series offers 12 chances to grab a championship ring. The $525 Main Event on Aug. 21 features a $200,000 guarantee for players in the New Jersey and Nevada markets. Currently these are the only two markets that share a player pool for circuit tournaments.

Michigan and Pennsylvania run separate events.

Most events feature No Limit Hold’em with an Omaha as the exception. Other highlights include:

Tournament of Champions $1 million freeroll is back

Why are rings so valuable? announced that a player that wins a ring or bracelet before the end of this current season will get a free entry into the TOC. The $1 million freeroll event date has not been announced. Last year’s winner free rolled and took home $250,000 and a bracelet for winning the event.
