Players headed down to the Jersey Shore this summer will be excited to jump in some live action. Atlantic City is the home of the only legal poker rooms in the state.

Vacationers can find some quick action and get in their favorite games around the clock.

The following three Atlantic City casinos offer 24/7 cash games:

  • Borgata (52 tables)
  • Harrah’s (10 tables)
  • Tropicana (10 tables)

Borgata Poker Survivor Week details

For players headed to AC looking for tournaments, only one place has that on the NJ gambling menu.

The Borgata is hosting Survivor Week, starting on Monday. This week-long series runs from July 18 through July 22. This will include six events ranging from $125-$450. In a survivor event, players need to make it down to a final remaining number and then everyone gets paid out the same amount and the tournament ends.

The casino will serve up some popular bounty events this month as well. The Borgata tournaments occur every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Aside from NJ online poker, Atlantic City players are still anticipating the return of major tournaments at the Borgata. Unfortunately, no announcements have been made regarding upcoming Borgata Open events.

If and when they are announced, Play NJ will share the details.

NJ poker players can grab cash promos

WSOP Atlantic City poker room remains a ghost town

Unfortunately one of the biggest poker rooms in Atlantic City is still closed. The former WSOP poker room is located in theWild Wild West Casino, which is now part of Caesars Atlantic City. The space housed more than 20 tables.

There is no official word about it reopening.
