The Gallery

Ocean Casino Resort guests can now experience upgraded NJ sports betting offerings.  The former William Hill-branded space is now known as The Gallery Bar, Book & Games.

And it’s hard to miss. Besides being located at the center of the casino floor, the venue is 12,000 square feet.

The official grand opening ceremony took place today. The festivities included appearances by the Harlem Wizards and the Philadelphia Sixers Official Drum Line (West Powelton Drummers).

Unlike other Garden State retail sportsbook openings, there was no “official first bet” or ribbon-cutting ceremony.

However, former Philadelphia Eagle Barrett Brooks, who won a Super Bowl with the Pittsburgh Steelers, helped with the big reveal of The Gallery unveiling.

The Gallery brings a new NJ sports betting experience

Each Atlantic City casino sportsbook offers something different.

The Gallery is a sportsbook, however, there are also six blackjack and two roulette tables. On Friday, the denominations ranged from $5 to $50. NJ gambling fans didn’t hesitate to grab seats.

Some of the other highlights include:

  • 100-foot elevated bar and lounge (with 60 seats and 12 slot machines)
  • Blackjack and roulette tables surrounding  the perimeter of the bar
  • 140 feet of LED walls

However, the 17-foot open-air staircase connecting to Balcony Bar makes the space really stand out. And there are great sightlines for watching the Eagles play the Dallas Cowboys.

The mezzanine bar and lounge is where guests will have opportunities to enjoy the ultimate VIP sportsbook experience.

What time is the Ocean Casino Resort sportsbook open?

The Gallery hours vary, but wagers can be made 24/7 at the six sports betting kiosks located inside of the NJ sportsbook.

Retail hours vary based on the day:

  • Monday-Friday: Noon-12 a.m.
  • Saturday: 10 a.m.-12 a.m.
  • Sunday: 10 a.m.-8 p.m.

Come NFL betting season, it would seem highly likely those hours will change for Sunday Night Football wagering and viewing.
