Tailgate Time: Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia Hosting Eagles Pre-Game Block Party, FanDuel Betting

This weekend’s festivities include an appearance by former Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Jeremiah Trotter from 10 a.m.-noon. He was part of the Super Bowl team that lost to the New England Patriots.

For home games, the pre-game tailgate block parties will begin three hours before kickoff and last through the first quarter. The event is free to attend. It will take place outside the Darien Street entrance. Here is a small sampling of what to expect:

Of course with Live! being a casino, the good, or shall we say lucky, times will extend indoors to the gaming floor where over $30,000 in prizes will be up for grabs. The list includes free slot play, game tickets, and Live! apparel.
Live! is also home to Sports & Social Philly featuring the 52-foot LED display and 24 big-screen TVs. The property also features a FanDuel Sportsbook. More importantly, for NJ sports betting customers, the app (along with your wallet) will work in Pennsylvania. What about watching Eagles away games at Live! Philadelphia?
Come NFL Week 3, the Eagles have a Monday Night Football game at the Dallas Cowboys. So there will be no pre-game tailgating festivities. However, Live!
